Meyer Lemon Olive Oil - KATZ & Frantoio Grove Collaboration - Half Gallon
This bright, aromatic oil is made by crushing late harvest Taggiasca olives with whole organic Meyer lemons grown on the Central Coast. It’s a method we’ve long admired, and this year, thanks to an unusually extended harvest, we had the chance to bring it back in partnership with Frantoio Grove.
The result is a fragrant, floral oil with just the right lift from the citrus. It’s a natural match for broiled halibut, grilled shrimp, or seared tuna. Use it to dress lentil or farro salads, add complexity to marinades, or liven up roasted vegetables and poultry. For a simple salad dressing, it pairs beautifully with Katz vinegars, or try it in baking, where the Meyer lemon sings in cakes and tea breads.
